Robert Ballard – Rediscovered the Titanic

Robert Ballard was the man that lead the team that discovered the wreckage of the Titanic. He has also been extremely involoved in finidng other ship wrecks throughout the world. I read a book by Ballard a couple of years ago and it was almost above my reading level. I think of myself as a fairly smart guy and a good reader but his book was hard. It was a really good book that talked about finding the titanic but he used so many words that I didn’t know. I basically had to read it with a dictionary by my side. He sent a short little note and an autographed picture. The letter says, “Study hard and follow your dreams! Robert Ballard”
